Company Profile

The company was formed in August 1983 by Lue and Sharon Shaw.

Over the years the company has grown to what it is today, employing a dynamic team of professionals and carrying out a wide range of construction projects.

We currently employ 45 staff.

In the field we employ highly competent foremen, experienced carpenters and apprentice carpenters.

The company has an extensive range of vehicles and plant to assist with on site construction.  These include vans and a lightweight flat deck truck, concrete cutting and ground compaction equipment, with all the electric and air compressed air tools required for an efficient and cost effective job.

We have been Registered Master Builders since 1991.

Lobell has its own comprehensive Occupational Safety and Health Policy which includes hazard identification, risk management, accident and near miss reporting with regular site meetings to discuss safety issues.  This helps to protect our workers, sub-contractors and clients by ensuring they are in a safe working environment.
