Lue has spent the entire 34 years of his working life in the building industry. He was an indentured carpenter by the age of 19 years, when he gained Advanced Trade Certificate in Commercial Building, and by the age of 24 years was working as a project manager for a construction company in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea building multi storey, expatriate accommodation.
He spent some years working around NZ gaining experience in heavy construction including Twizel hydro and Huntly Power Station during their construction phases.
He has now been self-employed for 22 years.

Sharon spent 7 years working for the government; several of these years were in a managerial position.
While in Papua New Guinea for 2years she was manageress for a large trading company and was involved in accounts and staff/store management.
She has worked in the business since 1983 doing the accounts and administration and is fully involved in decisions affecting the company.
