  • Over recent years, as the company has grown, these homes have tended to be in the $500,000 to $1,000,000 range.
    

• Extensive and varied contracts for the Ministry of Education over the last 15 years, more info .
  

• A variety of contracts for the Waikato District Health Board (the latest being alteration to the Henry Bennett´s Centre in 2005).
  

• A variety of contracts for Fonterra (the latest being an extension to their transport offices at the Te Rapa Dairy Factory in 2004 and alterations to their Lab facilities, on the same site in 2005).
  

• Various contracts for A.C.C. at their Grey Street offices, Vialou Street offices and Rostrevor Street offices.
  

• Contracts for Forlong Furnishers at Commerce Street Extension to retail outlet, Kent Street, New Warehouse and Rawhiti Street Extension to Retail outlet.
