Leon has been with Lobell Construction since 1998. He is known as a proactive and forward-thinking manager, who runs his sites with an understated control and confidence. Clients enjoy Leon for his easy-going pragmatism and approachability. He is very much a hands-on professional, leading by example. When not motivating his team at the work-face, he is usually found coordinating subtrades and eliminating any threats to the programme ahead of time. Leon has been deployed on developments for the Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Justice and numerous private developers.
