General Profile
After completing his apprenticeship in 2009, Shaye joined Lobell Construction, where he worked for 18 months before moving on to further his career. For the next eight years, Shaye worked as a contractor builder, focusing on new builds, additions, decks, painting, and tiling. This period of independence contributed significantly to his personal growth and provided valuable experience in organising sub-contractors and managing a variety of projects. In 2021, we were thrilled to welcome Shaye back to Lobell as an experienced leading hand. Not long after his return, he took on the Scotland Place project with Leon, demonstrating strong leadership and excellent communication skills with staff, clients, and sub-contractors alike. Shaye has continued to grow and is now a Site Foreman, frequently managing projects on his own and as a combined effort on major projects, such as the Sleepyhead Estate.
