Duncan has joined the Lobell team following a vibrant career with Fletchers. He has a passion for construction, in particular, large, difficult projects that he can immerse himself in. Duncan has proven he can manage multiple teams of carpenters and sub-contractors while focusing on the building code, technical details, reporting and document management.

The staff on Duncan’s sites are positive and busy as he naturally gives employees and contractors confidence. Creating a happy work environment is the key to a successful project, and we put the morale on his sites down to his organisational/planning skills, forward thinking and experience. Duncan also operates a very tidy site and his health and safety knowledge is of the highest standard.
